VTeX/Win Demo version requires 2.3M on the hard drive.
Please ensure that you have sufficient space before attempting installing.

To install VTeX/Win (Demo version) insert the disk
   in a floppy drive and at the DOS prompt type:

         C:\>win a:winstall     ---or---

         C:\>win b:winstall

Alternatively from Windows click FILE/RUN and type

         a:winstall             ---or---

         b:winstall


Once VTeX/Win Demo has been installed you can run it by
    switching to the VTeX/Demo group and clicking on the VTeX Demo icon.

During the DEMO session you can use the [CANCEL] button to skip
the rest of the demonstration. When in the previewer, use [Alt-F4] to
exit it (or merely close the window with the mouse).

After the DEMO concludes, you will be left in the VTeX/Win shell.
You can either exit it or try VTeX on your own.


To try any sample file individually:

    1. Press Alt-N (Click on NAME) and select a file from
       the VTEXDEMO\SAMPLES directory.
       [You can also make your own samples and try them]
    2. Press Alt-T (Click on TEX) to TeX it
    3. Press Alt-V (Click on VIEW) to view it
    4. Press Alt-P (Click on Print) to print it

Due to its size, this DEMO does not contain many essential VTeX
components, such as AMSTEX and LATEX macro packages, Spell dictionaries,
optional fonts, Windows help files, etc.
